Adam Vinecombe works with organizations to deliver physical asset inventory, tagging, verification, and reconciliation services, helping improve asset data accuracy and long-term asset management practices. He has more than 25 years of experience leading complex, field-based asset verification initiatives across K-12 school districts, private education organizations, and higher education institutions, as well as government, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology environments.

His work supports audit readiness, regulatory and financial reporting requirements (including GASB compliance in education), and better alignment between asset records, maintenance management, and facilities operations. Adam has managed projects across all 50 U.S. states and six continents, helping organizations move from reactive asset tracking to proactive, insight-driven asset management.
